Chocolate Brownies w/Breadfruit Flour

Delicious chocolate brownies using 100% breadfruit flour.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Ripe Breadfruit (Soft to touch)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Ct Large eggs
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 Cup Breadfruit Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 160 C and grease pan
  • Melt butter in bowl
  • Blend together butter and ripe breadfruit
  • Allow mixture to cool
  • Stir sugar, eggs, vanilla into mixture
  • Stir in coca, salt, baking powder, and flour
  • Add mixture to pan and bake for 45 minutes
  • Allow to cool and serve
