What inspired your love for breadfruit?
Patrick U. Tellei love of breadfruit stem from the simple fact that – breadfruit equals Food security and has strong belief that breadfruit is a worthy opponent in the battle to conquer world hunger. He currently works with breadfruit and has started to plant more breadfruit tress. He’s favorite breadfruit dish is Barbequed!
When asked – what is one important message you would like people to know or learn about breadfruit?
He’s response was – It can help alleviate food deprivation. He also believes that we all need to be planting more breadfruit trees.
